Here is my final rendition of drift 2. I tried to combine nature and people in a way that would show how much of a sonic difference humans have on the surrounding environment. I've combined the background noise of places that people normally are with the sounds of nature.

Now introducing...sound!
Here is my rough sketch with the sound added in. This recording of the waves was from roughly the same time as when I recorded the video of the waves. I think it is interesting that the sound doesn't match up with what is happening in the video, yet is still the correct sound.
A Sketch...it's missing sound
Here is my first rough sketch without any sound. I keyed out the water of the original picture so that I could put waves in to make the picture have motion on bottom, while still being motionless on top.

Strategery for Bloggery of Drift 2
For my second drift I am going to grab all of my sounds, once again, from Milwaukee. I feel that it is easier for me to collect more interesting, and active sounds, than in Sussex. For this set of recordings, I am going to collect sounds from nature, and then incorporate them with recordings I have taken that only include sounds of people and their activities.
